Fusion Independence is a 16-plus support provider organisation.

Our project offers both practical and emotional support and guidance, to children and young adults in care. This support is delivered within a safe and nurturing environment. 

Our aim is to support young people to successfully navigate the transition from  a supported-living environment to independence. 

A team of dedicated professional people will support individuals to acquire valuable life-skills aimed at providing opportunities for social development, educational courses, apprenticeships, and employment.
